Made to last

Sun-faded paint starts with the prep

Arizona sun and monsoon storms are hard on paint. It lasts as long as the prep under it. Scroll through the layers.

  1. 01

    Wash off the chalk

Sun-faded paint turns to chalky powder, and dust settles on everything. It's washed off first, because new paint won't grip a chalky wall.

  2. 02

    Seal the cracks

Hairline stucco cracks and gaps around windows and trim are filled and sealed, so monsoon rain can't get in behind the new coat.

  3. 03

    Prime the patches

Patched and bare spots get a primer, so the finish grips and the colour comes out even everywhere.

  4. 04

    Two even coats

The colour goes on edge to edge in even coats of exterior paint made for stucco and strong sun.

  5. 05

    Clean lines, clean site

Trim, fascia, doors and edges are cut in straight, the site is cleaned up, and we walk through the finished work with you.

Pick a combination

Questions

Common questions

Where we work

  • Phoenix, AZ
  • The surrounding Valley
Where do you work?

Phoenix and the surrounding Valley. If you're not sure we cover your area, call and ask.

How do I get an estimate?

Call (623) 301-3794 and tell us about the job. We'll set a time to come and look, then give you a clear price.

Do you paint inside and outside?

Yes. Interior walls, ceilings, trim and doors, and exterior stucco, trim, fascia and doors.

Why does exterior paint fade so fast here?

Strong sun breaks paint down and leaves it chalky, and monsoon rain gets into any crack. Good prep and the right exterior paint for stucco make the finish last much longer.

Can you fix small holes and cracks before you paint?

Yes, the small ones: nail holes, dings and hairline stucco cracks are filled and primed so the new paint looks even. Bigger damage is a job for another trade, and we'll tell you if that's what we see.

Do I need to choose colours first?

No. Tell us what you like and we'll talk it through when we come to look.
